Big Finish Jago and Litefoot Series
I shall say right up front I’m not a fan of the scorchies and I never have been. And apparently never will be! I didn’t hate this story, at least. The cast got to sing, which was fun to listen to, and we got a bunch of action for Professor Litefoot as he scales the catwalks above the stage above Jago’s theater, but I haven’t been impressed by the scorchies in this adventure or their adventure with Colin Baker. I can appreciate the people would enjoy this as a panto, perhaps, and since I’ve never actually seen one or been to England, I can’t say whether I’d like it. But this is a twisted diversion from the usual monster of Doctor Who. Especially where it takes so very little to actually defeat them! A cave man could do it. Silly Scorchies. Trix are for kids.
