Big Finish Jago and Litefoot Series
Wooo-eeee! Man, leaving us on quite the little edge the last minute of the story there. Phew. This story has the Darkling influence returning from the previous story, Jago&Litefoot&Patsy. The trio from the previous story’s resolution appear to be under the influence of the slug-like creatures (or was that eel-like?) and they do things with a goal towards getting the amniotic fluid spread to greater London. Even to the point of stealing a train! First Patsy steals a cart then the boys steal a train. Oh my. At least Quick and Higson remain free of the ‘fluence and can act to stop the plans. And it all works out in the end, of course. Now off on a cruise around the world, it sounds like! What trouble can they find elsewhere and will Ellie or the Sgt. go with them? Here’s hoping Ellie makes it at the very least.
The biggest question I have is about the ending, which I don’t want to spoil too much. But if the Darklings are destroyed, wouldn’t the voices in J&L’s heads be screaming? Or something? Hmmm. Not sure what to think there… It seemed to be all pretty grand but who would expect it from respectable gentlemen like them?
